Is it really free right now?
Yes. During our launch period every listing posts completely free — no credit card, no hidden charges. You get the full 30-day listing duration and access to all applicant management tools.
What happens when the free period ends?
We'll give all employers clear advance notice before paid credits begin. Listings already live will run their full 30 days. After that, you'll buy credit packs — one credit publishes one 30-day listing.
How long does a listing stay live?
30 days from approval. You can close it early once you've hired, or extend it by 30 more days with the Extend add-on.
How fast do listings go live?
Most listings pass automated moderation and go live within a minute of submission. Borderline cases are reviewed by our team, usually within 24 hours — no offline forms, no week-long waits.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, so a 10-pack can cover your hiring for the whole year.
What does 'Featured' actually do?
Featured listings are pinned to the top of search results and shown in the featured strip on the SarawakWork homepage — the two highest-visibility placements on the site.
